Must submit a creative composition, article, story, etc.
Submission must be 1,000 words at minimum and should not exceed 5,000 words.
Must be a full-time student (12-18 credit hours).

Supplemental Questions
  1. Please submit an original composition such as a short story, essay, article, etc.
    • There are no restrictions on topic.
    • All submissions should be a minimum of 1,000 words and a maximum of 5,000 words.
    • All submissions must be typed and double-spaced and contain no grammar or spelling errors.
    • Nonfiction pieces should contain correct, standardized citations, including a bibliography page.
    • Poetry submissions must be a minimum of 1,000 words and a maximum of 5,000 words. If a submitted poem is less than 1,000 words, additional poems must be included to reach the minimum word requirement.
    • Submissions will be evaluated on their originality, writing style, writing quality, and significance.
